Confirmation Class – Confirmation Classes are for 7th and 8th graders with students making their confirmation in the fall of their 9th grade year. Confirmation is an intentional course of study covering the Bible (Old & New Testaments) the sacraments (Baptism & Communion), application of faith for daily living. Additionally, students learn about Lutherans as one expression of Christianity. They explore how all Christians are part of a larger faith community that understand Jesus to be pivotal in God’s revelation for how love, service, and salvation are to influence how we live our lives. Each class writes its own Affirmation of Faith.
