Let your light shine! Assuming a place in the rotation of readers of scripture during the Sunday service is one wonderful way to do just that. Here is an opportunity to share a glimmer of the “hope that is in you” with others. That can be a very special gift indeed (much like gold, frankincense, and myrrh). When we read the words of scripture during the service on Sunday we are sharing the words of eternal life. The redeemed life. The new life in Christ. The life that lasts – eternally.
